We'll aim to capture all the information we need to provide you with a suggested course of action. You will also receive an email summary of the conversation following our call.

What information do I need to provide?

That really depends on the nature of your question or concern. We will not ask for information that you do not feel comfortable disclosing.

I am a support coordinator and have a question regarding a participant. Do I need their permission to talk to you?

Yes, you will need permission if you are planning or likely to share any information that could be considered identifiable and a breach of privacy.

What if I need to reschedule?

We know life happens and will provide a link that you can use in the event that you need to reschedule.
